Jackie called and said “Oh Elena we really need some live entertainment in the reception area and the main ballroom. Oh and the boss expects me to deliver on a shoestring budget. What can you do?” I said if you can up the budget just a bit how about this. The concert grand in the cocktail reception area. Pleasant sounds but a really elegant look as guests enter. Later during the end of dinner I’ll roam around the tables playing some upbeat classics on the electric violin to get people in a bit of a party mood. And…I’ll provide the medium sized sound system for the cocktails for free! Oh and I’ll wear a gown the same color as your event theme and harp mini podium will shine LED lights for the same.
