How you can effectively combine both the electric violin AND the electric harp (floating or fixed) into a wedding, corporate event, or special occasion here in Toronto or the GTA. Heck anywhere in Canada for that matter.
I’ve been a little surprised lately how some folks seem to find it a bit difficult to believe that I can actually play these instruments let alone combine them in any manner. Thanks to Elie and Olga, their friends and family, this video shows in part how it all comes together. In this case, the cocktails, reception, and dinner were all in the same room, but this would still work even if it were in different rooms or even unusual locations. You have the choice of violin first then harp, or the other way around. You can pick the floating harp or have it stationary. You may decide on the Swarovski electric violin or a traditional acoustic violin. You may even like to get the guests fired up just before the DJ kicks in with a special 10 minute upbeat mix that would include the LED light violin and lighted suit. (video here.) Remember too that there are no wires, cables, or cords. No music or microphone stands. I can roam around the room, the tables, and the stage. Follow or lead the couple onto the dance floor or play along with the DJ for a tune or two. The reveal or product launch, corporate affair or gala dinner? Christmas party or anniversary? It’s all up to you and your vibrant imagination.
I sincerely like to think of things this way: Elegant entertainment that is formal…but fun! If you think similarly then you’ve come to the right place.
